The information and materials (collectively "Information") accessible by you ("USER") using CGI City are obtained via different sources that are not controlled by CGI City ("CGI CITY").

USER's Duties and Obligations:

USER shall

• Determine whether the Information obtained complies with USER's requirements;
• Determine whether USER has legal rights to store, reproduce or make use of Information in the manner intended by USER;
• Comply with any and all legal obligations, including but not limited to, obligations imposed by copyright, confidentiality, non-disclosure, defamation, decency, and import/export laws; and
• Exercise precautionary and isolation measures with regard to Information obtained, including but are not limited to, execution of anti-contamination software, and otherwise taking necessary steps to ensure that the Information obtained, if contaminated or infected, will not damage or harm USER's information or system.

No Warranties/Guarantees on Information In Any Way

CGI CITY is provided on an "AS IS" and, "AS AVAILABLE" basis. CGI CITY makes no warranties, express or implied, including, without limitation, those of merchantability, propriety, and suitability for a particular purpose, with respect to CGI CITY or any Information.

CGI CITY does not warrant or guarantee:

• that any Information obtained will be free of infection by viruses, Trojan horses, worms or anything else that may manifest and exhibit contamination and/or destruction properties;
• the accuracy, adaptability, currentness, quality, suitability, and validity, of any Information obtained for any purpose;
• that the Information obtained will not contain material which some individuals may deem to be objectionable; or
• that the services performed by CGI CITY will be uninterrupted or error-free or that defects in CGI CITY will be corrected.

No CGI CITY Liability

In no event will CGI CITY be liable to any party:

• for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the use of or inability to use any Information obtained, even if USER has been advised of the possibility of such damages;
• for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions with respect to the Information obtained or the delivery of any/all part/s thereof;
• for any damages arising out of infection or contamination to the USER's system caused by Information obtained.
• for any claims attributable to errors, omissions or inaccuracies in, or any destructive properties of Information obtained.

The entire risk as to the quality and performance of CGI CITY and the accuracy, adaptability, currentness, quality, suitability, and validity, of any Information obtained is with the USER.
